No. We are a full-service Design & Build firm. This means we handle everything from the initial 3D visualization to the final bricklaying. The advantage is that your designer and your builder are the same team, ensuring that what is drawn can actually be built safely and within budget.
No, our Dedicated Design Consultation is completely free of charge. While most contractors offer generic "free quotes" that are actually just sales pitches, our session is an in-depth consultation with our expert Design Consultant. We provide professional advice on spatial planning, interior design, and materials appreciation—giving you immense value and expert guidance before you even commit.
We will build anything that is safe. However, as "Balanced Advocates," we will honestly tell you if a design trend poses a risk to your children or aging parents. If a request compromises structural integrity or safety, we will propose a better alternative rather than just saying "yes" to close the deal.
We provide a 12-Month Defect Liability Period for all workmanship. If tiles pop, pipes leak, or carpentry shifts, we fix it at our cost. Beyond that year, we remain your lifetime partner—we are always just a phone call away for maintenance or upgrades.
We know you are busy. We send a consolidated Photo Progress Report every Friday. You will never have to chase us to find out what happened on-site that week.
