DESIGN CONSULTANT

Responsibilities

  • Present company and product knowledge to clients
  • Prepare quote and proposal
  • Provide design advice
  • Execute project management (e.g. coordinate with suppliers, timely reports)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Positive working attitude, self motivated, meticulous and passionate in home styling
  • Proficient in English & Mandarin
  • Proficient in Autocad and basic SketchUp
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the interior design field is preferred; however, - candidates with no experience are welcome.

PROJECT CONTROLLER JD

  • Co-Leading a Fitting-out/Renovation cycle from Ideas Conceptualization, Project Development, Sales, Procurement, Fitting-out, Maintenance and Handover stage.
  • Understand and communicate to clients a range of drawings (2D/3D) (Civil & Structural, electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc).
  • Understand and execute all statutory submissions and requirements.
  • Prepare and oversee project schedules with an understanding of the flow and prioritization of services provided by subcontractors and suppliers. Set deadlines, monitor and summarize progress of project.
  • Manage overall project costings, reduce wastage and optimize profitability.
  • Regular site monitoring and Health & safety inspections (Incl COVID-19 related compliance) in the course of the project to provide quality and timely updates to the clients.
  • Coordination of Sub-contractors, Suppliers and Key Stakeholders (including but not limited to Neighbours, Authorities etc).
  • Coordination of Sub-contractors & Suppliers.
